To ensure secure transactions and global tax compliance, our order process is conducted by an authorized online reseller. This reseller acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders.
The specific Merchant of Record for your transaction will be identified during the checkout process and on your initial purchase receipt. They are responsible for payment processing, secure transaction oversight, and assisting with billing-related customer service inquiries.
3. First-Time Users: 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
We offer a 30-day, risk-free cancellation period for all first-time users to ensure Roaspy meets your business needs.
Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of a subscription (monthly or annual).
Refund Window: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may cancel your subscription and request a full refund.
Limitations: To prevent platform abuse, this guarantee is limited to one refund per customer or entity.
4. Subscription Terms (Monthly & Annual)
Following the initial 30-day risk-free period, the following standard terms apply:
Month-to-Month Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew each month. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
Annual Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew every 12 months. You may cancel the renewal at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the paid annual term. We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for the remaining months of an annual term.
5. Enterprise Clients
The terms of this standard refund policy may be modified or superseded by a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA), Service Level Agreement (SLA), or other custom contract. Enterprise clients should refer directly to their executed contract for specific billing and cancellation terms.
